The traditional family doctor is back. At BVMC we have a strong conviction of the importance of continuity of care for our patients. With the combined experience of 50 years of general practice, Dr. Appasamy and Dr. Berman are looking to create a unique, comfortable complete experience for their patients.

It’s been our dream to build something special when the opportunity to have our own practice came about we had no hesitation. Corporate medicine is a reasonable environment to work in, however adding that personal touch means you can go that extra mile.

Being practice owners allows us to offer our patients stability and security in the knowledge that we don’t intend moving on.

A lot of hard work and love has gone into creating this practice. Combined with our third partner Dr. Kruger and our dentist Dr. Kay Naicker we have tried to design our modern practice around flexibility, efficiency and patient and staff comfort.

Our doctors live in the local community and are aware of the issues facing local residents. We are committed to a number of local schools and sporting associations. We are happy to offer advice and support to these groups.
